The YOTA Holiday Concert at the Moss Center was a HUGE SUCCESS! It was a concert that I will never forget! Thanks to Madrigals, Chorale, and Concert Choir for all of your handwork this semester! Enjoy your break and Happy Holidays!

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT...
The YOTA Holiday Concert scheduled for Wednesday, December 13th will take place as scheduled. The concert will begin at 7:30pm. Call time for students is still 6:45pm. The dress rehearsal will also still take place. Band, Choir, and Theatre students should be at the Moss Arts Center on Wednesday ready to rehearse by 2:00pm. We are planning to rehearse until 5:00ish. Students will then be dismissed to get dinner and change before the show. CALL TIME FOR CHOIR STUDENTS IS 6:45pm DRESSED AND READY TO WARM UP! Mr. Woolwine will be at BHS tomorrow before and after the rehearsal for any student that needs to pick up their choir uniform. These students will go on to participate in the ACDA Southern Division Honor Choir held in Louisville, KY. in February. Monday, December 11th
Madrigal Singers will perform at the B'burg/C'burg Rotary Club Dinner. Students should arrive dressed in Madrigal Regalia by 5:45pm at the B'burg Country Club. Dinner will be served at 6:00pm and we will perform from 6:45-7:15pm. Wednesday, December 13 All choir students will travel to the Moss Arts Center to rehearse for our BHS YOTA Holiday Showcase performance that evening. Students will report to the choir room at the beginning of 4th block and will immediately load buses. We will rehearse until 4:30pm(ish). Students will then be dismissed to get dinner and dress for the concert. All students should be back and ready to warm up by 6:45pm. The concert will begin at 7:30pm. The concert hall will open to parents and guests at 7:00pm. The concert will feature all three choral ensembles as well as band and theatre. Admission is FREE! Friday, December 15 Select Madrigal students will be caroling at the Inn at VT from 6-8pm. Stop by for free hot chocolate and to view the many Christmas trees that will be on display. |
